1. Purpose

The Code of Conduct establishes the ethical principles, professional standards, and expected behavior for everyone associated with Cybrexus Technology. It promotes integrity, accountability, professionalism, respect, and compliance with applicable laws while fostering a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Every employee, intern, contractor, consultant, freelancer, and business partner representing Cybrexus Technology is expected to understand, follow, and uphold this Code of Conduct.


2. Scope

This policy applies to:

These resources shall be used primarily for legitimate business purposes.

Personnel shall not:

10. Conflict of Interest

Personnel must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with company interests.

Potential conflicts must be disclosed promptly to management.

·         Designs

·         Reports

·         Research

·         Databases

·         Training materials

shall remain the intellectual property of Cybrexus Technology unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Personnel shall not copy, distribute, or reuse company intellectual property without authorization.


13. Client Relationships

Personnel shall:

·         Communicate professionally.

·         Protect client confidentiality.

·         Deliver quality work.

·         Meet commitments.

·         Avoid making false promises.

·         Maintain honesty in project reporting.


14. Communication Standards

Employees shall:

15. Attendance and Punctuality

Personnel are expected to:

20. Reporting Misconduct
